Willie L Jackson, 93, of Freehold passed away at home on May 17, 2021. He was born in Troy, Alabama and had resided in Freehold for many years. He served in the U.S. Army from 1950 to 1953 He was a maintenance supervisor for the Arthur Brisbane Child Treatment Center, Wall Township prior to his retirement. He was predeceased by a son, Mark Parrish. Surviving are six sons, Willier Tucker, Dwayne Parrish, Jason Davison, all of Freehold, Devino Jackson, Claxton, Georgia, and Dennis Trent, Irvington; a daughter, Sharon Parrish-Townsend and son-in-law, Rob Townsend, Hamilton; a sister, Catherine Davis; a sister-in-law, Precious Booker; 19 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. The viewing will be held at the Higgin Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to noon. Funeral services will be held at noon followed by interment at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
